Unable to access Discovery Alliance Slack after changing my email address

Hello,

I previously had access to the LSSTC / Discovery Alliance Slack workspace, but I am no longer able to sign in because my email address has changed following a change of institution.

My Slack account was registered with my previous institutional email address, which I can no longer use for signing in.

Would it be possible to update the email address associated with my existing Slack account to my new institutional email address?

I would prefer to retain my existing Slack account, including my channel memberships and message history, rather than create a new account.

I would be happy to provide my previous and new email addresses privately if needed.

Hi @ogami. You should have gotten a verification email to your new address, valid for 24 hours from when It was sent. I will mark this post as the solution. Please feel free to continue the conversation or make a new post if you need any more help.
