Question about status of RSP account request

Requesting help with RSP registration: I put in two requests, one under Gmail and one connected to GitHub, but have yet to successfully login or find an email except “Please confirm your Rubin Science Platform registration”: scottstirling@gmail.com

Thanks for your message. I’ve split this out into its own forum topic. I inquired with Rubin staff, who said they sent you a request for additional info to help us verify data rights. Could you please check for such a message and, if you’re able to locate that message, respond to it? Thanks very much.

Hi @scottstirling, I wanted to check to make sure that you have been able to successfully log in to your RSP account following @ameisner’s reply. If so, could you please mark his response as the solution?

Hi - I got an email from sheather@slac.stanford.edu on 8/26 and I replied. But I haven’t received a response. I’m not sure which identity provider I used to register, Google or GitHub, but I get a “bad request” response when I try to login.
