I am a non-traditional learner affiliated with Arizona State University (ASU) under the mentorship of Prof. Molly Simon (Astronomy Education). I recently (May 2024) graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Astronomical and Planetary Sciences Program at ASU.
I am a team member of the Strategic University Research Partnership, which comprises ASU and NASA/JPL staff and is funded by NASA. We are focused on improving exoplanet orbital ephemeris in preparation for space observatory missions scheduled for the late 2020’s and early 2030’s (2024AAS…24310508C, 2024PASP…136f4401N).
I am also a member of NASA’s Exoplanet Watch Team (https://exoplanets.nasa.gov/exoplanet-watch/about-exoplanet-watch/team/) and Prof. Simon’s Astronomy Education Research Group.
