Hi Meg, as far as I know there are no info sessions planned (but I will inquire internally). As you’ve seen, the announcement about the updated schedule has been sent out, and updates to the DOI-citable RTN-011 will be released imminently.

Update of Rubin Observatory Construction Plan / Actualización del Plan de Construcción del Observatorio Rubin

The Rubin Construction Project is in the process of reoptimizing the sequence of integration activities in light of recent subcomponent delays. In particular, (i) shipment of the Camera has been delayed due to a cryostat vacuum leak that is being investigated and repaired, and (ii) the dome crane on the summit failed and is being repaired. The duration of the dome crane repair is estimated to be approximately 5 weeks, and the delay in Camera shipment is currently estimated to be approximately 4 …
