Could you tell us a bit more about this error? For example, the OS and browser you’re using, which steps of [the process for getting a new account](https://rsp.lsst.io/guides/getting-started/get-an-account.html) you made it through successfully, and the name and email address (can send me this as a [private message](http://www.rubin.community/t/how-to-send-and-receive-direct-private-messages/8419) if you want) you’re using for your new RSP account.
