Topic: With the release of the v5.3 simulations ([Release of v5.3 Simulations](http://www.rubin.community/t/release-of-v5-3-simulations/12032)) the Survey Cadence Optimization Committee (SCOC) is eager to connect with the community and adapt the survey strategy to the newly assessed system performance.
