# Registration Issue

after logging in with my University account and clicking on BEGIN, It goes to a blank page

I can see that your request for an RSP account is on [step 8 of the process](https://rsp.lsst.io/guides/getting-started/get-an-account.html#), verification of Rubin data rights.

Please check your spam folder for an email with the subject “Confirming your data rights for the Rubin Science Platform” from Heather Shaunghnessy. I will resend this via Forum [private message](http://www.rubin.community/t/how-to-send-and-receive-direct-private-messages/8419) right now.
