# No Response about RSP Account verification

Hi all,

I applied a week ago for my Rubin Science Platform account, so that I could complete the DP0.3 tutorials from the SSSC website. I have Rubin data rights, as I am completing a PhD which uses data from the LSST.

I’m yet to hear back, and I’m wondering if this is a normal wait time or if I’ve done something wrong. My supervisor told me to post a query here to find out.

Hi Adam-

It looks like your petition was approved on Oct. 2, so you should have received an email on that date – maybe check your spam folder?

Otherwise, since your account has been approved, I would suggest simply trying to log in to the science platform at [data.lsst.cloud](https://data.lsst.cloud/). (It looks like you used Github as your identity provider, so you’ll want to select that at the login prompt.)

Let me know if you have any issues getting started, and as always you are welcome to post here on the Forum if you have questions or issues.
