# Account stuck 24hrs - Self Signup blank page after BEGIN (coef:6) - IRIS student

Hello Rubin team,

I registered at id.lsst.cloud with email [suhanakumari598@gmail.com](mailto:suhanakumari598@gmail.com), ORCID 0009-0005-9146-6248, Institution: High School Student (ISEF).

After verifying my email and clicking BEGIN on Self Signup With Approval (lsst01\_enroller, coef:6, efwid:2), the next page is blank white. URL: [Welcome To The CILogon OpenID Connect Authorization Service](https://id.lsst.cloud/registry/lsst01_enroller/lsst01_enroller_co_petitions/start/coef:6/efwid:2)

I tried Chrome incognito and Edge - same blank. I waited 24+ hours but no approval email. My petition seems frozen at pending.

Could you please manually approve my account? I need DP1 access to cross-match Galaxy Zoo mergers for my IRIS project (G#1: merger rate vs galaxy color).

Hi @suhanakumari1, thanks for posting.

Your request for an RSP account is on [step 8 of the process](https://rsp.lsst.io/guides/getting-started/get-an-account.html#step-by-step) (data rights verification). An email with the subject “Confirming your data rights for the Rubin Science Platform” was sent to the email address you used when requesting a new RSP account. Please check your spam folder, and reply here if you cannot find that email. As the rest of the process will proceed via email, I’m going to mark this Support topic as resolved (but please do reply if you can’t find the email, we can resend it!).

As a side note, for more information about Rubin data rights, see the “[Before getting started](https://rsp.lsst.io/guides/getting-started/get-an-account.html#before-getting-started)” information. In the context of Rubin data rights, high school students are “unaffiliated/amateur” astronomers, so that information will be most relevant to you.
